All Staff must view the Mandatory Training, Responsible Use Policy, and Device Agreement if you have been issued a laptop.

You must be logged in to your staff Google Account for this to work so this should happen after you receive your email.

3. If you have a district-issued device that you can take to and from school, you must sign the agreement the first time you get the device and this covers you for your employment at SPS. (Laptops-PC/Mac/Chromebooks) Device agreement (only when you first get a device after training, not every year)

How to View Aspen Attendance 

 Bi-Weekly Paycheck Dates 2020-2021

Time Sheet Instructions:

  • To be able to edit the time sheet you have to make a copy. Click on file, then “Make a Copy”. This will save it to your drive. Rename it with your name at the top. *Do not hit request permission to edit*
  • Change date in yellow to the Monday of the week your time is in.
  • Enter full time, example: 8:00 AM for the formulas to work.
  • Send to your building admin for approval
